BIOGRAPHY

Steven E. Cowen.
Mr. Cowen attended the prestigious University of San Diego, graduating at the top of his class, cum laude, in 1987. Mr. Cowen is a member of the State Bar of California and the San Diego County Bar Association. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
Mr. Cowen’s pastimes include soccer (he was a member of his university’s soccer team), gardening, boating, and enjoying the many cultural opportunities that he and his family are able to enjoy on both sides of the border.

Karina Bustamante.
Ms. Bustamante is a graduate of the Thomas Jefferson School of Law and works as a paralegal at S.E. Cowen Law. She has significant experience assisting attorneys in family law, immigration, bankruptcy and litigation matters. Ms. Bustamante is fluent in English and Spanish. Her pastimes include motorcycling, horse riding, her family and meeting new people.
